Anthony J. Dowd is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Fairfield.  Prior to joining Fairfield in 2017, Mr. Dowd was the President of The Volcker Alliance and the Chief of Staff for the Chairman of the Economic Recovery Advisory Board, Paul A. Volcker.  Mr. Dowd has more than twenty years of experience in private equity, including serving as the Managing Partner at Charter Oak Capital Partners and as an Operating Partner at Linx Partners and Mill Point Capital.  He is a former U.S. Army Officer and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.  Mr. Dowd is a Director of Future Pipe Industries (Dubai), a Trustee of the Financial Accounting Foundation, and a former Director of Hostess Brands.

Christopher Sugahara is Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of the company. He is responsible for overseeing the investment activity of the Fairfield group of companies, including subsidiary investment activity, debt financing and treasury management. In addition, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Fairfield Geotechnologies, Chairman of Great American Lines and Chairman of SpeedPro Imaging. A third-generation family member, Chris has over fifteen years of experience with the company in a broad variety of roles; he is a past Chairman of the Sugahara Family Ownership Board, and a former Director of Fairfield-Maxwell. Prior to joining Fairfield in 2004, Chris served as an Associate in the Hedge Fund Investments Group at Credit Suisse Asset Management and an Analyst in the Private Client Services division of Credit Suisse First Boston. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University.

CHRISTOPHER SUGAHARA

Karita Hannon, CPA, is the Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration of Fairfield.  Prior to joining Fairfield in 1992, Ms. Hannon spent over ten years in public accounting.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Pace University.  Ms. Hannon is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.  Ms. Hannon is a Director of Great American Lines and Fairfield-Maxwell Services.

KARITA HANNON, CPA

Daniel S. Eisemann is the Vice President of Corporate Development of Fairfield.  Prior to joining Fairfield in 2015, Mr. Eisemann served as a Senior Vice President of Asgaard Capital, a boutique investment bank.  He has over fifteen years of experience in M&A advisory, restructuring advisory, and capital raising, including serving in restructuring advisory roles as a Director of FTI Consulting and a Senior Associate of Alvarez & Marsal.  Mr. Eisemann holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and a Master of Business Administration from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, and he is a General Securities Representative holding the Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.  Mr. Eisemann serves on the Board of SpeedPro Imaging.

Byron M. Sugahara, a second-generation family member at Fairfield, is the Chairman of the Board of the company.  Mr. Sugahara has worked with companies in the Fairfield portfolio for more than 45 years.  He has served as a Director of Fairfield Geotechnologies, a Director of Fairfield Chemical Carriers, President of Reefer Express Lines, and President of Great American Lines.  Mr. Sugahara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University.  He is a member of the American Bureau of Shipping, a member of the North American Committee of Nippon Kaiji Kyokai (“ClassNK” or “NK”), and previously served on the Board of The Peck School.

Charles M. Allen, CPA, has over forty years of experience in public accounting and extensive experience with domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.  Mr. Allen currently serves as the Co-Chairman of Crowe Global and served as the Vice Chairman of Crowe LLP in 2016 and as the Chief Executive Officer from 2007 to 2015.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Ball State University.  Mr. Allen is a trustee for the Financial Accounting Foundation and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  He was recognized by the National Association of Corporate Directors as one of the most influential people in corporate governance.

CHARLES M. ALLEN, CPA

Efthimios Vidalis is the former Chief Executive Officer of S&B Industrial Minerals S.A. with over forty years of experience in governance and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining S&B, Mr. Vidalis held several leadership positions in his twenty years at Owens Corning, including Vice President and General Manager of the European Reinforcement business and President of both the Insulation and Global Composites businesses. Mr. Vidalis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Harvard University and a Masters of Business Administration from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. He is a member of the Boards of Alpha Bank, TITAN S.A, and Principal and co-founder of  Zeus Capital Management, and a director of Future Pipe Industries (Dubai) from 2008 to 2019.

Susan M. Bratton is the former President of Electrochem Solutions at Greatbatch, Inc. (Integer Holdings: NYSE: ITGR), where she held Executive leadership positions in manufacturing, quality, procurement, and general management, and helped take the company through its initial public offering. Ms. Bratton has over thirty years of experience in driving revenue growth and profitability in the healthcare and industrial markets. She also served a ten-year term on the Board of Directors and as the Nomination Committee Chair for Insyte Consulting, a firm dedicated to driving innovation and profitability for manufacturing and technology companies. Ms. Bratton holds a Masters of Business Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology.

SUSAN M. BRATTON

Maurice M. Smith is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Fairfield. Mr. Smith served for over thirty years at Deloitte & Touche (formerly Touche Ross) where he was on the Management Committee for twenty years and headed the management consulting group for the Western Region of the United States.  Prior to joining Deloitte, Mr. Smith served as a Technologies Manager at Ashland Oil.  He started his career in the corporate headquarters of Procter & Gamble.  Mr. Smith holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Kansas and served as an officer of the United States Air Force upon graduating.  He is a Director of several privately held enterprises in addition to serving as a Director of and consultant to Fairfield since 2007.  Mr. Smith is involved in a number of nonprofit organizations and has served two terms as the President of the Los Angeles Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
